Years ago, the Energizer bunny plowed his way through a series of fictional TV commercials for unrelated products, pushing the slogan that Energizer batteries “keep going and going.” Here in the present day, Rudy Giuliani just keeps plowing through Donald Trump’s impeachment, going and going, and making things worse for everyone on his own side.

For instance Rudy tweeted his text messages with the State Department’s Kurt Volker, and less than twenty-four hours later, Volker resigned. This helps free up Volker to testify more cooperatively with the House impeachment inquiry, which can’t be good news for Rudy or Donald Trump. But don’t worry, because Rudy is back at it again today, causing more trouble for his side.

Rudy is now claiming on Twitter – without any sort of evidence – that Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, and John Kerry were all selling influence to foreign governments through their family members. Ah, so it’s no longer just a hallucination about Biden. Rudy has now decided that his fantasy involves all of President Obama’s top people, because hey, why not?

What Rudy Giuliani doesn’t get is that the more his broken mind expands his laughably fictional conspiracy theory, the fewer people will believe him. Rudy couldn’t get his insane ramblings about Biden to stick, so now he’s claiming Hillary was in on it (of course), and that John Kerry was somehow in the mix. Next he’ll be claiming Biden got help from the Easter Bunny and Captain Jack Sparrow. Rudy just keeps going and going. He’s the Energizer bunny of stupid.
