Nikki Haley just stepped in it
Now that everyone is figuring out that Donald Trump is senile and that he’s going to prison, the mainstream media is suddenly trying to hype Nikki Haley as the next big thing for 2024. This isn’t surprising; the media (on both sides) has been trying to build her up for ratings for several years now.
But even as the media tries to give Nikki Haley a hand, she’s once again too obtuse to take the help. The media keeps portraying her as a moderate alternative to Republican extremism. But she keeps going on Fox News and doing things like this:

If Nikki Haley had any sense at all, she’d be playing directly into the favorable narrative that the media has created for her. Instead she’s actively portraying herself as an extremist and killing the media’s ability to build her up.
This is why Niki Haley has never really gotten anywhere. In spite of all the hype about her, she has zero political savvy, just like so many of these other 2024 Republican candidates. She and Ron DeSantis could hold a contest to see whose “political IQ” is closer to zero.
