Projection is when an individual labels someone else for doing, feeling, or thinking about what the individual themselves are guilty of. And Josh Hawley has just engaged in the art of projection big-time.

If there is one thing all of us, Democrats, can agree on, it’s the fact that Josh Hawley is a traitor. One has to hand it to Hawley, though. It isn’t all that easy to ruin one’s career in a split second, but Hawley and his ugly fist-race managed to do it.

Apparently, though, Hawley sees things a bit differently. Speaking on Fox non-news, Hawley said it’s the DEMOCRATS who don’t accept election results. This is quite the claim, and I’d think Hawley lifted this straight out of the 1984 playbook, but I doubt the Missouri non-senator has ever read it.

Hawley said it all started with January 6. He accused Democrats of pushing “fear politics.”

“Democrats don’t accept elections that they don’t win.”

Hawley also said the reason democrats do this is that we don’t have anything else but fear to offer the country.
Behold the projection, everybody!

Everything Hawley said is true, but it applies to the REPUBLICAN party. I suspect Hawley knows this. But in the spirit of traitors, he needs talking points. This particular argument is not good for the treacherous and creepy Enfant terrible. Hawley’s career is now a non-career, and his raised fist is a symbol of all that went wrong with our country under the Trump administration.
