Earlier today, Donald Trump held a conference call with U.S. Governors, and pretty much told them they were on their own. Then Trump went on Twitter and singled out New York Governor Andrew Cuomo for needing to “do more,” without specifying what Cuomo was even supposedly failing to do.

Now Governor Cuomo is firing back at Donald Trump, and he’s talking specifics:
