When the Associated Press caught Trump trying to bury the official recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control earlier this week, the Trump regime responded by insisting that these were some kind of rogue documents that weren’t approved by the CDC Director. Now the AP has obtained proof that the documents were in fact approved by the CDC Director.
The lengthy evidence trail reveals an Executive Branch in chaos as it tries to figure out how to deal with Donald Trump’s maniacal insistence that it’s safe to reopen the country. Keep in mind that someone in Trump’s orbit leaked those CDC documents to the AP for a reason: even some of Trump’s own people want the public to know that it’s not safe to go outside right now, and they’re willing to sabotage Trump with leaks in order to get the word out.
