MISERY

It is not for the faint of heart. I am referring to the distorted thing that is Donald Trump’s stream of consciousness. I imagine that being Donald Trump is like a curse. All that anger, the bubbling rage, the absolute disregard for any human being’s feelings but his own — that’s bad enough.

But what about the envy? The envy, the dark jealousy that I suspect is with him 24 hours a day must be unbearable. After all, think about it. How would YOU like to walk around carrying that incredible THING, that jealousy that burns him like Molten lava?

It has always been, for Donald Trump, about Obama. As I once said, Obama is the golden son. He is Apollo, to Trump’s Hades. Trump is of the dark underworld. His envy is inky and lethal but not just to others- to himself.

After all, Trump has destroyed his life — all because of envy. And this envy cannot leave him. On Saturday morning, Trump posted on truth social musing about indicting — former President Obama.

Trump was bitter because his judges said he did not have Presidential immunity. So he then mentioned the drone strike in Yemen that happened on Obama’s watch — AND suggested that perhaps he could indict former President Obama for that, proving that he is not only a jealous fool but that he knows nothing about our criminal justice system.

Trump has always been obsessed with Obama, who is everything Trump wants to be but isn’t. It is rather astonishing, though. It is shocking that WITH EVERYTHING on Trump’s plate all he appears to be thinking about is — Barack Obama. Obama has the kind of charisma that comes along once in a lifetime.

Trump appears never to have gotten over what Obama said at the White House Correspondents dinner. THINK ABOUT THAT. That was YEARS ago. What kind of person holds onto and nurses a grudge in this way? I’ve no doubt Trump would love to indict not just Obama but anyone and everyone he dislikes. Dictator wanna-be’s do that sort of thing.

Jealousy is a timeless tale. Cain and Abel are two of the more well-known. Brothers against brothers, friends against friends, it has continued throughout history.

But Trump’s jealousy destroyed his life. If Trump had never decided to run for President, he’d likely still be walking around free , free to play golf, chow down on fast food, cheat people, or do anything he wanted. Alas, such is not the case anymore.

Seeing Trump’s rants is like watching a decrepit and dirty old maniac, one who has allowed the madness to touch his brain, spilling forth all the bitterness he’s walked this earth with, his one actual companion… his twin — misery.
