Marjorie Taylor Greene is just the tip of the iceberg

I am writing about something we, as a nation, need to think about. Let me begin with Marjorie Taylor Greene. At first glance, this article will be seemingly about her, but it’s not really. Allow me to elaborate. You may have heard about Greene’s “national divorce” comments suggesting that if red and blue states were to “divorce,” it might be possible to ban democrats who then choose to live in red states from voting. She calls it a “cooling-off period.”

So yes, this is insane — utterly so. And it will never happen. And there must never be a divorce. We had one civil war; we don’t want another. What we need to be addressing are people LIKE Greene. We need to be talking about divorcing those PEOPLE, not other states.

I have always felt that mental health tests were needed to be a House or Senate member. Who among you think Marjorie Taylor Greene could pass a mental health exam? How about Madison Cawthorn?

The problem these days is to run as a Republican, one doesn’t need to be particularly smart. Sometimes the stupider, the better. The only skill needed to run as a Republican is loudness — the ability to scream endlessly about the sins of others.

It’s the “screaming into the abyss” party. ANYONE — you — or me — could run as a Republican and not know one thing about the Government and how it works IF we said the words “deep state”, “Lock her up,” and “Antifa.”

Here’s another morsel of news. The Oregon dad who so disrespected President Biden on Christmas Eve is now thinking of running for office. Many say they will vote for him too. People say they will vote for him and DON’T EVEN KNOW WHO HE IS. But he said “Brandon,” so he is worthy of being an elected official.

See it for yourself. We are witnessing the dumbing down of America in real-time. We have to address this. We need the few sane Republicans left to address it as well. People like Greene should never be allowed to hold office because they’re incompetent. Let’s divorce ourselves from THEIR reality. The country will be a better place for it.
