We have known for several years that something has impacted Senator Lindsey Graham. He went from warning us about Trump in May 2016, “If we nominate Trump, we will get destroyed…….and we will deserve it,” to a sycophant and codependent for anything Trump did. The relationship appeared to be cracked on the evening of January 6, when after the insurrection, Graham stated on the Senate floor:

“I just think it’s a uniquely bad idea to delay this election. Trump and I, we’ve had a hell of a journey. I hate it to end this way. Oh my God, I hate it. From my point of view, he’s been a consequential president, but today, first thing you’ll see. All I can say is a count me out. Enough is enough. I’ve tried to be helpful, but when this Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled four to three, that they didn’t violate the constitution of Wisconsin, I agree with the three, but I accept the four.”

He went on to say that Joe Biden was duly elected. However, now that the impeachment trial will commence soon, Graham has once again turned to his strange positions. He warned on Monday that the Democrats should not call a single witness at the trial, because if they do, “we’ll want the FBI to come in.” Nobody has any idea what Lindsey is talking about, but his kompromat needs to be ferreted out. He is not tethered to any reality.
