Joe Biden seizes on Donald Trump’s worsening senility

For quite some time now Palmer Report has been highlighting Donald Trump’s worsening cognitive troubles as being the biggest political story out there. It’s been clear for several months that Trump’s accelerating senility was going to reach a breaking point before the 2024 election. Now everyone seems to finally agree that the breaking point is arriving.

Trump’s senility is now so severe and obvious that his primary opponent Nikki Haley is calling him out for it. President Joe Biden has seized upon the moment, interspersing Haley’s words with Trump’s senile moments in order to drive the point home:

If the Republican Party wants to go forward with a senile nominee who’s on his way to prison, that’s up to them. But Donald Trump is becoming less viable by the hour – not just as a candidate, but even in terms of someone who’s able to function in public without adult supervision. Trump’s senility will only get worse. And Biden will keep using it against him.
