Donald Trump keeps reminding us that he’s too deep into cognitive decline to have any idea what he’s tweeting about, or even to read a prepared script during his press conferences without botching it seventeen ways. The kicker is that when you put a script in front of his daughter, she comes off as being just as lifeless.
