In spite of endless noise and endless headlines, House Republicans have never actually taken serious steps in the impeachment process against President Biden. When they recently impeached a Biden cabinet member instead, it was a signal that they didn’t have the votes to go after Biden.

Now, in the wake of House Republicans’ disastrous Robert Hur hearing, House Republicans simply don’t have any remaining fake scandals to throw at President Biden. Accordingly, they’re leaking that they’re pulling the plug on the Biden “impeachment” nonsense:
