House Republican James Comer gives away how rattled he is by fraud allegations
House Republican James Comer tried to spin a seemingly harmless personal loan from Joe Biden to his brother into a major scandal. Then it turned out Comer had also loaned his brother money. Instead of letting the facts speak for themselves, Comer is going completely off the deep end about it.
House Democrat Jared Moskowitz is leading the way in trying to get to the bottom of the James Comer loan, even signing a (non-enforceable) subpoena. This prompted Comer to begin angrily and incoherently yelling at Moskowitz during hearing, even yelling “you look like a smurf” at him:
@RepMoskowitz (D-FL) slams Comer (R-KY), saying: “You have gone on TV and said the President has done something illegal. Is there a different rule for you? Why should the American people believe you?
Comer’s response? “You are a Smurf.”

If James Comer’s loan to his brother was an innocent thing, why is he completely losing his mind over it? Comer seems more than a bit rattled at what’s happening to him. You have to wonder what he’s so afraid of here..
