“Sick puppy!” That is what Utah Senator Mitt Romney reportedly called George Santos. And he’s right. I have a question about Santos. Why, oh, why does everything come back to puppies with him? I apologize to all the puppies that ever came into contact with this sick puppy. I really do. It should never have happened.

There was that horrible story about Santos allegedly swindling that poor man who was trying to help his sick dog. Then there is Romney labeling him a sick puppy. And now another puppy item has come to light. It seems that Santos was reportedly charged with criminal theft some time ago — 2017 to be exact.

This came from reported bad checks Santos used to buy puppies from dog breeders. Santos is a sick puppy. There it is again — the puppy metaphor. Eventually, the case was dropped, but it is yet another black mark against Santos — sick puppy that he is.

That might be why house Democrats filed a motion the other day to expel George Santos from congress. It would only need 2/3 to pass, but House” Speaker” McCarthy would have to bring it to the floor. No word on whether Marjorie Taylor Greene would allow him to do that.

Still, some Democrats expressed confidence that this will get a vote, explaining there are other ways to go about it. Look — Santos is a stain on this congress. He is one seriously disturbed, sick puppy, and he’ll be out soon, one way or another. And in the meantime, nobody likes him, he’s on his own in congress, he has nothing to do (except stir up trouble), and he’s alone.
