Even amid all the doomsday hysteria about how Donald Trump’s criminal trials are supposedly never going to happen, in reality they are indeed moving forward. In fact one of Jack Smith’s key witnesses in Trump’s classified documents case, known as “Trump Employee 5,” is now going public.

Trump Employee 5 is set to appear on CNN tonight at 9pm eastern time in order to speak about what really went on at Mar-a-Lago. This is good news, because it’ll help put the public’s focus on the fact that Trump is a criminal defendant who stole classified secrets, not some political candidate for office.

This could also help put pressure pressure on Judge Aileen Cannon to allow Trump’s classified documents criminal trial to move forward more swiftly. Donald Trump is going to prison, and it’s time we all start talking about it.
