Donald Trump held a disastrous press conference today about the coronavirus, in which he actually said the words “I take no responsibility at all.” That’s a long hard fall from the days when Harry Truman said “The buck stops here.” But it turns out Trump didn’t always feel this way.

Jake Tapper and others managed to dig up this Donald Trump tweet from back when Trump was trying playing critic of Barack Obama’s presidency:
