George Santos has unhinged meltdown involving Kellyanne Conway, deletes his tweet
House Republican George Santos is a lock to spend several years in prison; it’s just a matter of how much longer he’s able to hang onto his seat in Congress. Given that he’s been seen carrying around a baby he admitted wasn’t his, and running up and down the congressional halls yelling the F-word, it may also be a question of how much longer before he ends up in a straitjacket.
To that end, Santos posted some stupid tweet today that prompted Molly Jong-Fast to reply with “I’m pretty sure that criminal indictment may get you first.” In response, Santos tweeted “Kellyanne Conway was right about you.” Wait, is that supposed to be some kind of witty comeback? Has anyone ever scored any political points by aligning themselves with Kellyanne Conway of all people?
The kicker is that George Santos then ended up deleting the tweet that Jong-Fast was responding to (we’re still trying to track down what it was that Santos tweeted). So this guy is deleting his own tweets after they get dunked on, but then also invoking Kellyanne Conway in response to his own deleted tweets? This is strange even for him. Santos is cracking up by the hour.
