Republicans have a huge problem, and this problem is something they’re ill-equipped to deal with. It is our secret weapon, our “secret sauce”, so to speak. And it’s causing Republicans to have significant headaches. This is the issue of Generation Z.

Generation Z is growing up. And this generation is innovative, tech-savvy — and furious. They’re furious at Republicans. This new crop of voters seems to despise everything about Republicans, and it’s no wonder. The Republicans are everything Generation Z stands against.

The issues that matter to this generation are things like abortion, gun, violence, racism, and LGBTQ equality. Republicans score a big, fat F on all of the above. According to Pew Research, 77 percent of these voters, voted Democratic in recent elections. Contrast that with a measly 21 percent who voted Republican.

This generation also ranked “abortion and reproductive rights” as the issue that most concerned them at the ballot box. Taking all this into account, yes, it’s easy to see that the GOP has a huge problem.

These Generation Z voters are also brilliant at things like social media. And usually, when Republicans slip up and do something stupid, which is almost daily, Generation Z knows about them.

And quicker than one could say, “The GOP is over” these mistakes appear on Twitter, TikTok, and Facebook. As we go forward, it’s essential to understand that we need to be constantly connecting with Gen Z on the issues that are important to them.

The GOP has no idea how to speak to these people. The GOP is between a rock and a hard place with them. And that is why these voters are our secret sauce. Because WE know them. We understand them. Many reading this article might be part of them.

And Generation Z will have a great deal of power in the future. They are a passionate, fiery generation who loathe social injustice and want to make the planet even better than it already is.
