Fani Willis has evidence that Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell worked with a local official to breach voting systems, according to CNN. By giving this to the media ahead of time, Willis appears to be tipping off that she’s charging them all with racketeering, including Donald Trump.

Under Georgia law, this kind of electronic breach is a key component in making a RICO case, not only against the people who did it, but also against the crime boss overseeing the overall operation.

To be clear, this isn’t last minute evidence. This isn’t something new. This is what Fani Willis has had all along, what she’s putting in front of the grand jury, what she’ll indict on. She’s giving it to the media to lay the groundwork for the charges she’s bringing this week.

You give the media this kind of heads up so it can steer its focus in the right direction, start educating audiences about how Georgia RICO law works, and why Trump will go down for racketeering whether or not it can be proved he was in on every aspect of his overall crime spree.

We’ll see if Fani Willis gives the media even more details about her upcoming indictments over the next day or two, in order to further lay the groundwork for what’s coming this week. Thus far we still only know a handful of the dozen or more people who are reportedly expected to be indicted alongside Trump in Fulton County.
