Earthquakes are a serious and dangerous matter, so it’s particularly concerning that a fairly powerful earthquake hit the New York City area today. But the whole thing took a different kind of turn when seismic maps revealed that the epicenter was adjacent to Donald Trump’s Bedminster property.

Everyone on social media quickly began piling on, quipping that perhaps the earthquake was the devil’s way of trying to swallow Trump whole, or that Mother Nature was trying to help Letitia James seize Trump’s Bedminster property. So many jokes went flying that “Bedminster” ended up being the top trending topic on Twitter for several hours.
