Anger. And madness. Anger and madness engulf Donald Trump as he spins, like a wobbling top, unsuccessfully trying to get his criminal case halted. Yet, despite his relentless efforts, he remains powerless. After all these years and countless futile attempts, the traitor has encountered an adversary he cannot manipulate.

That is justice. It is that which is Trump’s most authentic nemesis. It’s that which caused him to light up Truth Social with neon poison as he frantically “truthed,” his rage out into the ether. Trump once again declared he could not receive a fair trial.

Trump then started talking about who should REALLY be prosecuted. Several names were mentioned. Do we really care who they were? I write these words, my friends, on Saturday. In mere hours, Trump’s trial begins. That’s not very much time at all. I wonder if Trump hears that tiniest, smallest violin playing quite softly.

I understand his rage and fear. Who but a narcissist would melt down so extraordinarily? Who but a traitor and pathological liar would think he could get away with it all?

As Trump steps into that courtroom on Monday, it will be quite an occasion. He will seethe in silence as the trial unfolds and the Jury begins to take shape. But remember my friends, this is just the start of a much larger narrative. This is merely the beginning.
