With bullies, there is a particular character arc that they all share. That is cowardice. Bullies are the first people to name-call, lash out, and act like the controlling people they are.

But when actually faced with pushback, these bullies usually fold like chairs. They simply cannot handle it. That’s why internet trolls, so toxic online do it from the spaces of their computers. Bullies, in reality, are the biggest cowards of all.

Donald Trump is a bully. Donald Trump is a bully, a coward, and the ultimate internet troll. But when it comes right down to it, he, like all other bullies runs when the going gets tough.

Trump testified briefly in the E. Jean Carroll case. But gone was the belligerent Trump; gone was the loud anarchist of Maga dreams. Trump was only on the stand for a few minutes. Three, to be exact.

No poisonous words spilled forth from his mouth. No claims of election fraud, no name-calling to Carroll, no braggadocios behavior, nothing like that. This is because Trump is a gassy windbag who was likely intimidated by the Judge and Carroll’s attorney.

Carroll’s attorney also played it perfectly, not asking many questions of the madman. Trump had a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day on the stand. We’ve seen this type of thing before from Trump. Think of his depositions especially the ones we’ve seen parts of. Trump usually does not explode, does not go on rants.

And even with his Fraud trial in New York, Trump insulted the Judge and his assistant ON TRUTH SOCIAL. He did it in the privacy of his lair, where he could get as cruel and belligerent as he wanted to.

Donald Trump is a feckless coward, and seeing how utterly horrid this week has been for him has been terrific. There is an expression: “Would you prefer to dance in the wind with the flowers or hide behind the trees?” Such a poetic and lovely expression. Donald Trump would prefer to hide behind the trees. Donald Trump, bully, sociopath and courtroom flop will never come out from behind them.
