Donald Trump just lost in court AGAIN
Were it to start to rain outside of Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago, the rain would perhaps form words or perhaps one single word, a word the orange oaf should get used to because, friends and readers, he’ll be hearing this word more than ANY OTHER ONE WORD this year.
That word is:
DENIED.
Denied. Such a strong, forceful word, is it not?
DENIED.
That’s just what Judge Engoron has done with Trump’s absurd request to delay payment in his Civil Fraud trial. You know, the trial that basically destroyed him financially.
DENIED.
Wow! It sure didn’t take the good Judge long. Thank you, Your Honor, for your speedy:
Denial.
IS THAT WORD, not music to your ears? Do you not ADORE hearing and seeing it as it relates to Donald Trump?
That’s not the only thing that was DENIED to Trump recently.
One little nugget that I’ve seen virtually NO reporting on is that Judge Cannon (yes, THAT Judge Cannon) denied a request by Trump’s legal eagles to submit a document that includes scores and scores of court motions.
It was a win for Jack Smith. Cannon said Trump’s team should submit each motion separately.
And, of course, Trump was denied last week when he attempted to delay the New York Hush Money case from going forward.
We also have DA James saying she will go after Trump’s assets should he try to get out of paying.
This word is being heard all over courtrooms regarding Donald Trump.
DENIED.
Trump had better get used to hearing it. I expect we’ll get more “denied” over the next few weeks. For example, the extreme court is set to rule on Trump’s immunity claim. I maintain they will not take the case up or issue any stay.
So, Judge Chutkan will likely soon be choosing a trial date. Trump will squawk in protest. And then that, too, will be
DENIED.
Wow. I simply love all this winning I see Trump doing. He’s winning, alright. He’s winning at being laughed at by millions everywhere he goes.
