Donald Trump just drew the short straw

Now that Trump’s gag order is stayed (for a few days), people are weighing in on whether the order will go back in place. The overwhelming consensus is — yes, it will. That’s because the panel of judges deciding about the gag order is a good panel for Jack Smith and bad for Donald Trump.

“Very strong panel for Smith,” said former prosecutor Harry Litman. “Very bad panel for Trump.” A group of three Judges will decide the order. One of them is a biden-appointed Judge. The other Judges deciding this were appointed by former President Barack Obama.

Uh-oh. This is not a good sign for Trump.Do you think he knows? I doubt it. If there is one thing the Trump team can always be counted on to deliver its stupidity. These judges are hardly Judge Cannon. Their reputations proceed them. And their reputations are of law-abiding COMPETENT Judges. Oh dear. What’s a traitor to do?

Virtually every competent lawyer and pundit predicts that gag order will go back in place. Not Trump though. Stupid works in mysterious ways and Trump is celebrating this as a win as is his legal team. They’re in for a VERY nasty dose of reality soon. Trump’s team is celebrating this as a ridiculous win, but as you know, the Trump team is missing something important — intelligence.
