Donald Trump is zero for three tonight

Donald Trump may be getting his way with Judge Aileen Cannon right now (though our money is on Jack Smith getting the best of her). But when it comes to Trump’s various other civil and criminal trials, he’s losing on all fronts. Even if we couldn’t see this with our own eyes, Trump is now making a point of telegraphing it.

Trump spent today furiously whining about Judge Engoron in his civil fraud trial and Judge Kaplan in his E. Jean Carroll civil trial. Now Trump is spending this evening whining about Judge Chutkan in his Washington DC criminal trial.

Keep in mind that when Trump is whining, it means he’s losing. He knows that all three of these trials are going very poorly for him, and he knows that there’s nothing he can do about it but complain about the judges.

Rather than waste our time sitting around lamenting about how awful it is that Trump is attacking judges, let’s take it for the victory that it is. Trump is losing these trials. He’s losing them badly. And these trials are going to leave him bankrupt and in prison. Let him whine away!
