Donald Trump’s worsening dementia symptoms are now on display every time he’s on public display. Every time he gives a speech, or rants on social media, or forgets where he is and dozes off in the courtroom, it’s more clear than ever that Trump is increasingly mentally vacant.

The problem for Trump’s babysitters is that no matter how many of his rallies they cancel, Trump still keeps finding ways to show off how far gone he is. For instance this week Trump decided to bring up the Charlottesville white supremacist rally – something that no one was talking about anymore. Even one of Trump’s own former people called it a mistake. But this is much more than a mistake.

There’s no scenario in which a lucid Trump decided that bringing up Charlottesville was a good idea. This is instead, obviously, yet another sign of Trump being too far gone to have any idea what’s even going on, or what year it is, or what the topics of the day are. The Charlottesville march popped into his head, he got upset about it, and he started ranting about it. Simple as that. At this point Trump’s behavior is consistently consistent with that of someone with severe dementia – and it’ll only get worse.
