Here at Palmer Report we’ve been calling out Donald Trump’s worsening cognitive problems for some time now. It started a few years ago and it just keeps getting worse. Trump is now routinely exhibiting symptoms consistent with full blown dementia.

You don’t have to take our word for it. Political analyst Ron Filipkowski, who follows Trump closely, says that Trump is “rapidly deteriorating” in his view:

It’s worth pointing out again that this is only going to get worse, and is only going to accelerate from here. Once these kinds of symptoms start to worsen and accelerate, it only ends up cascading. Before much longer Trump won’t be able to function in public, and then his handlers are going to have some hard decisions to make.
