Donald Trump is “out of options”

There’s still this pervasive notion that Donald Trump is somehow magically going to get away with it all and may even be stronger than ever, which is weird given that every single minute of the past two and a half years has shown us precisely the opposite.

Trump has been sitting there rotting away at Mar-a-Lago, reliving his pasty glory in his fading mind, with a bunch of classified documents poorly hidden in a bathroom, waiting to be hauled off to prison, even while loudly fantasizing about an imaginary 2024 comeback.

But now that Trump has actually been criminally indicted (twice, this time under the Espionage Act), it’s so obvious that Trump is going down, even the media and pundit class can’t keep up the “oh no Trump is going to get away with it all take over” narrative much longer.

To that end, Brian Karem – one of the more honest people in the media – is writing that “for all his bluster, Trump is almost out of options” and that this is the “last chapter” of Trump’s antics. It’s good to see more of the media talking like this. Trump is done. He has been for a couple years. It’s just becoming so plainly obvious now.
