Now that Jack Smith has asked the Supreme Court to swiftly ensure that Donald Trump’s criminal trial will happen on time, it’s game set match. Trump is now pretty much a lock to be tried, convicted, and sentenced to prison well before the 2024 election. Trump appears to be taking this badly, given how he’s struggling to even speak today:
