Donald Trump is now at a stage of dementia where his senility gets noticeably worse every single time he attempts to speak in public. He no longer knows who the current President is, or who his family members are. He thinks Nikki Haley and Nancy Pelosi are the same person. He’d fully addled, and it’s becoming obvious to everyone.

Trump is clearly getting a whiff of the growing headlines about how senile he is, and he’s getting awfully defensive about it. Now he’s having an angry meltdown in a speech today about how he’s being labeled “cognitively impaired”:
