Donald Trump can’t even speak in failed attempt at a speech

So far this week Donald Trump has confused Nikki Haley for Nancy Pelosi, and confused George Conway for a state capital. Can it get any worse for him? Yes it can. Trump now thinks a “foreign dignity” is a thing:

Again, there’s something very off about the fact that this guy can’t speak anymore. He constantly says the wrong words, even as he gets the people around him confused and doesn’t seem to know what’s going on or where he is. Trump’s senility is continuing to get worse at an alarming rate.
