Donald Trump has appeared increasingly haggard and worn down in his recent public appearances, raising questions about whether there may be something wrong with his physical health in addition to his increasingly obvious cognitive health problems. Now Trump has appeared in public today with what appear to be sores or lesions on his hand.

The image of Trump’s hand is so bizarre that it was initially presumed to be a fake when it first began circulating on social media, but it’s since confirmed to be real:

These red spots on Trump’s hand could be anything. They could be blisters from an injury, or an allergic reaction. Of course people on social media have begun speculating that it may be some kind of degenerative disease, but that remains to be seen.

In any case it’s just the latest sign that Donald Trump is not well when it comes to his health. He’s been lumbering around in public looking like an unkempt zombie. He doesn’t seem to know what’s going on when he speaks. And now he has some kind of health issue involving his hand. Trump is falling apart physically and cognitively. It’s one of the biggest stories of 2024. And it’s time the major media outlets begin properly talking about it.
