David Pecker confesses on stand to conspiring with Trump against Hillary Clinton

Former National Enquirer boss David Pecker is on the witness stand right now in order to help establish that when Donald Trump illegally falsified his business records, it was part of an attempt at committing election fraud.

To that end, Pecker is now admitting to having met with Trump, Michael Cohen, and others during the 2016 election in order to conspire to alter the outcome of the election. Pecker says that he and Trump discussed a plan where the National Enquirer would buy up negative stories about Trump and bury them.

Pecker also says that he and Trump conspired on what kinds of negative stories the national inquirer would publish about Trump’s election opponent Hillary Clinton and her husband Bill Clinton – many of them intentionally false stories. Pecker also admits that he coordinated negative stories about Trump’s Republican primary opponents.

This is a huge deal because it confirms that Trump criminally conspired against his election opponents. His meeting with Pecker alone may not have been a criminal act, but when he committed other criminal acts as part of his conspiracy with Pecker, the entire thing became a criminal conspiracy. In other words, The 2016 election really was rigged by Donald Trump.
