Chicken!

The words “Republicans” and “chickens” go together, like sugar and spice and everything nice. Republicans and CHICKENS. And I am about to present you with the mother lode of all all republican chickens, one of the biggest squawking GOP Chicken the world has ever seen. Why, he might be more chicken than Josh Hawley!

And this week — we got a look at the chicken as his feathers were deeply ruffled. That caused the chicken to — run. Run like the wind. See Ted Cruz run! See him suddenly become mute, unable to answer reporters’ questions because those questions are about something Ted doesn’t much like to talk about: women.

I mean – we already KNOW Ted is a jerk to his wife. The man cozied up to Trump even after Trump insulted his wife! But THESE questions were not about his wife. They were about Kate Cox.

You see, Kate Cox’s story has gone — I think viral does not really capture the essence of the moment — gone international. People cannot believe the NERVE of the Texas Supreme Court and Ken Paxton. And they’re speaking out about it.

So it would stand to reason the media might have some questions for the Texas SENATORS. And little chicken Teddy did not want to answer said questions.

Allow me to set the scene. Many reporters were there, including NBC, who remarked that they asked Ted about Kate Cox THREE times!

“Senator Cruz…”

“Kate Cox”

“Do you have an opinion…”

“Call my press office.”

Gosh, but Raphael was terse, wasn’t he? But the unabashed reporters continued.

“Any comment?”

“Call my press office” replied Ted.

One could tell he just wanted to FLEE. Chicken of the flea.

A third time.

Same question — Does Ted have any comment on Kate Cox??

“Call my press office.”

Repetition compulsion.

“We did,” the reporter said. They have not gotten back to us.

‘Call my press office,” Raphael replied.

Oh, DEAR. Ted Cruz has been reduced to a parrot.

“Mr. Cruz, do you have any comments on…”

“Call my press office.”

Ah, Teddy. Some things never change. And one of them is Ted Cruz. Whether he’s running away from reporters, running onto a plane to Cancun. or just plain running, Ted Cruz never changes in his unique ability to screw over his voters and let the people of Texas down.
