BREAKING: Donald Trump indicted in Fulton County along with Rudy Giuliani, Mark Meadows, Jenna Ellis, Sidney Powell, Jeffrey Clark and others

We’ve been waiting all evening to find out who all has been criminally indicted in Fulton County today, and now we’re finally getting the names – or at least a batch of names.

The names that have popped up on the publicly available docket thus far are Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani, John Eastman, Mark Meadows, Jeffrey Clark, Jenna Ellis, Kenneth Chesebro, Sidney Powell, and a number of lesser known names. These people have all been criminally indicted today in Georgia.

Some things initially stand out here. First, so much for Mark Meadows fully cooperating; he’s been indicted. It’s also notable that Jenna Ellis was included alongside Giuliani and Powell, even though Ellis’ name had not been mentioned much in reporting leading up to the indictments.

Notably missing from the indictment: Lindsey Graham. We’ll see if that means he ended up cutting some kind of cooperation deal, or if Fani Willis simply concluded that the evidence against Graham wasn’t sufficient to get a conviction. We’re still trying to figure out if more names will end up surfacing on the docket, or if this is the complete list.

In any case, Donald Trump and a whole lot of his political allies just got criminally indicted. We’ll see who starts throwing who else under the bus now that they’ve all been earmarked for prison.
