Bizarre new scandal for Ron DeSantis

It’s been a while since I had the pleasure of writing about Ron DeSantis. That is because, for all intents and purposes, Ron is yesterday’s news. He’s the rotten apple core tossed in a heap of trash. He’s the scrap of paper in the wastepaper basket. Ron DeSantis has firmly and unequivocally lost his ability to shine.

Not that he ever really had it to begin with. The media made him up. However, in recent days, there have been questions about Ron’s claims of helping Israel with military aid. That is what Ron claimed. No doubt it was a last ditch effort to stay in the presidential race, But now Ron’s claims are being questioned.

Ron claimed he’d worked with Israel’s consul general to send essential supplies like body armor. There is just one problem. The Consul general is denying this ever happened. He claims Ron’s role was really limited to “smoothing paperwork requirements.”

He told Reuters, “I am not aware and would find it very, very bizarre to think that somebody is procuring weapons and sending them to Israel.”

“This is not how we work,” he continued. What say you, Ron? DeSantis is willing to do almost anything to stay in the race and have people look upon him with love. Those dreams, like securing the nomination in the first place, will not be happening.
