“Beet red” Donald Trump totally loses it

Donald Trump spent a long time thumbing his nose at NY Attorney General Letitia James’ civil fraud case against him, repeatedly pleading the fifth in depositions with her, and preferring to focus on things like golf. But as has so often been the case with Trump, now that things are getting real and it’s too late for him to do anything about it, he’s rushing in and frantically trying to figure out what to do with himself.

Predictably, Trump’s last minute decision to attend his civil fraud trial – which he clearly didn’t spend any time prepping for, given that he appeared to think there was going to be a jury – didn’t exactly work out well.

NBC News says that at one point during the first day’s testimony, Trump was so enraged with how poorly it was going for him, he turned “beet red” while wagging his finger as he “whisper-yelled” at one of the attorneys on his side.

This tells you all you need to know. Donald Trump barely even seems to know where he’s at these days. And as he keeps losing on all counts, his confusion is turning to rage. Unfortunately for him, there really isn’t anything he can do about it.
