Donald Trump’s cognitive troubles used to be as simple as him not being able to stay on topic. Then he progressed to not knowing who the current President is. Now he’s at the point where he thinks Nikki Haley and Nancy Pelosi are the same person.

Sure, right now it’s a punchline to say that Trump is going to get confused and blame Theodore Roosevelt for COVID. But at the rate Trump is now declining, would anyone be shocked if Trump ends up actually saying something like this in a week’s or a month’s time? Trump is headed for an assisted living facility. He’s very near the end of the road. Let’s just call it what it is.
