Thank you for cutting child poverty in half.
Thank you for your brilliant roll-out of the Covid vaccine.
Thank you for your caring, your empathy and your human decency.
Thank you, Mr. President, for putting safeguards back in place against the endangerment of extinct animals. I’m sure our outdoor friends thank you too.
Thank you for coming out against the filibuster and for passing part one of your Build Back Better plan.
It’s worth its weight in gold.
Thank you for preserving DACA.
Thank you as well for all the competent and brilliant judges you’ve confirmed.
Thank you for increasing SNAP benefits.
Thank you for rejoining the Paris Climate Agreement and for ending the war in Afghanistan.
Thank you for your order against discrimination based on gender identity.
Thank you for so much more. You are an outstanding President.
Carpe Diem! That means “seize the day.” You’ve seized it, and as a result, our country is illuminated in sparkling gold. It shines everywhere, and though we still have many problems, we have faith you will address all of them. We can’t wait to see what you do in year two.
