Donald Trump’s hobbled final days

During these final twenty days, it’s crucial to keep in mind that we won and Trump lost. We have the power now, and his life is in shreds, and no amount of chest beating on his part is going to change that power dynamic.

Trump has no real power or leverage remaining. All he can do at this point is try to make us queasy. Don’t play his game. Laugh in his face every time he pretends to flex muscles he doesn’t have. Take away what little leverage he has left by treating him like the joke that he is.

Another thought for 2021: let’s not fall into the trap of subconsciously wanting to lose these battles just so you can feel more outrage toward the other side. They’re still going to be a bunch of turds, win or lose. You can still feel just as much outrage toward them when you win these battles, as when you lose.
