– At this point I can’t think of anything less consequential than a Donald Trump concession speech. If he ends up not giving one, who cares? As has always been the case with this guy, he just doesn’t understand leverage. Threatening to withhold his concession speech isn’t a threat, because no one wants to have to sit through it anyway.
