Right when Donald Trump realized that he was going to be declared the loser of the 2020 presidential election today, he decided to hit the golf course. But first he posted this unbelievable tweet: “I WON THIS ELECTION, BY A LOT!”

Suffice it to say that the tweet isn’t going well for him. Twitter almost immediately slapped a warning label on it, confirming that it wasn’t based on any “official sources.” But then the public went to work on it.

Trump’s tweet has quickly received a stunning eight hundred thousand comments, nearly all of them negative. It’s on track to be one of the most poorly received tweets of all time. It’s also just humiliating. What other candidate has lost by millions of votes and then yelled “I won” at the end? Trump will go down in history as a bad joke.
