The Biden Department of Justice (DOJ) is appealing a federal court ruling to release to the public the internal DOJ memo former Attorney General William Barr used to help whitewash the Mueller investigation findings of criminal involvement by Boss Trump and his henchmen with Russian interference in the 2016 election.

The DOJ challenge came as a surprise to many media pundits. Some of the liberal media doomsday advocates are wringing their hands and whimpering that it will help Trump escape the condemnations directed at him in the Mueller Report.

One of the favorite legal talking heads on MSNBC, Neal Katyal, a former high-ranking Justice Dept. official, said he was very disappointed in what he termed the “wrong decision” by the DOJ to challenge the judge’s ruling to release the memo to the public.

Once again, much of the liberal media is missing the big picture. It’s apparent to this observer that the DOJ is posturing. The department fully expects that their legal challenge to the release of the Barr memo will be overruled by the appellate court. But in doing so, they will have cover for the memo release as something ordered by the court and not a politically motivated action of the DOJ against the Trump Mob.
