“You’re on your own”
Now we, the sane, have always known that Donald Trump doesn’t care about ANYONE. It’s not just Democrats he adores hating — it’s the world. He does love his money and he does love power and he simply adores his chicken nuggets. But as far as any human? Not a chance. So it perhaps will come as no surprise to you that Trump is NOT just screwing over the blue states — he is turning his back on his OWN Kind too.
Red states. Donald Trump is the red-state wrecking ball of politics. He is destroying these states right before MAGA’s eyes, only they’re too stupid to know it. “We are desperate!” That call came from Senator Josh Hawley of Missouri, who is literally pleading for help from the damaged destroyer after tornadoes ripped through the Midwest, causing a lot of damage and leaving some Midwestern states ravaged.
But Missouri is still waiting for disaster relief money. At the time of this writing, federal help has not arrived. Then there’s Arkansas. Sarah Huckabee Sanders, sadly for Arkansas the current governor there, happened to write a letter to Trump pleading that he would change his mind after rejecting a previous federal aid request.
Other states also badly need funds including Kentucky, Mississippi, and Oklahoma. But sources say Trump is considering eliminating FEMA entirely and “starting over.” whatever that means. Perhaps he’ll put Hannibal Lecter in charge of these states. As these states plead for help, Trump seems to have his hands over his ears, blissfully humming a brand new tune, which appears to be named “You’re on your own.”
