What is even happening at this point?

Earlier this week I warned everyone that while Donald Trump has long been mentally, psychologically, and cognitively incompetent, he’s been getting worse of late – and his collapse is accelerating. It’s almost as if Trump took my warning as a challenge.

Trump was supposed to give the commencement speech at West Point, the President of the United States is known to do. But that tradition presupposes that the President of the United States is someone who is respectable, sane, and able to speak coherently.

While Trump was attempting to give his speech, he got confused and thought he was somewhere else talking about something else. He started rambling about his friend who got a divorce and then married a “trophy wife,” which Trump apparently thinks is a bad idea. His take: “A lot of trophy wives. It doesn’t work out. It made him happy for a little while at least. He found a new wife. He got a big yacht.” Again, this was the commencement speech at West Point.

The problem right now is that so many mainstream Americans are simply checking out of politics. They’re turned off by Trump, but they know they’re stuck with him for a bit, so they turn the news off and rely solely on the media’s soundbites. They’re not hearing Trump actually speak, or else they’d be marching in the streets demanding he resign. Instead, the media is keeping mainstream Americans under the false impression that Trump is a cognitively functioning person. That false impression needs to change. Promptly.
