There is not much time left in one of the most important elections in modern history. We have them running scared, and we cannot stop. In Georgia, Senatorial candidate Jon Ossoff took such a big bite out of David Purdue that Purdue canceled the final debate. Purdue had no response to Ossoff; his silence spoke volumes, and his tucking tail and running said even more. The latest Quinnipac poll shows Ossoff slightly leading Purdue, and Reverend Raphael Warnock leading Kelly Loeffler, but neither is at 50%, indicating a likely runoff in both races. Rather than losing hope, we must keep pounding away through November 3rd and beyond.

Georgia is in play. The latest poll from Monmouth University shows Biden with a 5-point lead. Losing Georgia would be a serious blow to Trump, who won it by 5% over Hillary Clinton. The long lines in Georgia continued through the final day of early voting, and MSN reported “optimism” and “determination” from Georgia voters, including one who drove from Washington, D.C.—626 miles—to Georgia to vote. This is no ordinary election, folks. Gwinnett County, which was a Republican stronghold, boasted a 238% increase in early voting. Gwinnett is now one of the largest and most diverse counties in the state, and Business Insider reported that with mail-in ballots, the increase is 308%.

Now representing 29% of Gwinnett, Black voters came out in force, rivaled only by Hispanic residents, who now make up 22%. Once the fourth largest county in Georgia, Gwinnett is now second and expects to overtake Fulton County as the number one county in Georgia. This phenomenon is not unique to Georgia. The country overall is becoming more diverse, and that diversity brings a distaste for someone as divisive as Trump. This no ordinary election.

If Biden does not prevail in this election, we will have four more years of a man who wants to wipe out Social Security while lining his pockets with $900,000 paid by the Secret Service and $2.5 million to Mar-a-Lago, according to the Washington Post. By the time he is finished, the U.S. will be his seventh bankruptcy. To make matters worse, Trump and his family repeatedly incite violence, like Don Jr.’s call for Trump supporters to “. . . get together, head down to McAllen and give Kamala Harris a nice Trump Train welcome. Get out there, have some fun, enjoy it. . . . Let’s show them how strong Texas still is as Trump country. Get out there, guys.” Battle cries such as this caused the Biden campaign bus to be surrounded and almost run off the road, forcing them to cancel a planned event in Austin, as reported by Daily Beast. Trump showed his true colors by tweeting the video with the comment: “I LOVE TEXAS!” This is not who we are, and we are not going to stand for this unlawful behavior.

This intimidation is no more than cowardice. Keep that in mind, and do not let these people keep you from exercising your Constitutional right. Voting is even more important to stop this insanity.
