Unhinged Donald Trump announces that “all hell is going to break out” on Saturday
Donald Trump is already making an absolute mess of the United States government and economy, in too many ways to list. He’s also making a total mess of things on the foreign policy front. He keeps picking bizarre fights with key U.S. allies, and has even threatened to invade some of them. Trump also made the unhinged announcement that he intended to take over Gaza. Now he’s… how do we even say this?
Trump told reporters today that “all hell is going to break out” on Saturday at noon if Hamas doesn’t release its remaining hostages. Trump declined to say what this was even supposed to mean. He also added the bizarre caveat that Israel can override the whole thing if it wants to.
In other words, Trump is making an unspecified threat that he won’t define, and he’s admitting that the decision isn’t even his to make. Who knows what this senile unhinged idiot will or won’t end up doing. But it sure sounds like he’s just trying to distract everyone from whatever corrupt bargain he just made with corrupt New York City Mayor Eric Adams.
