Turns out we’re not the only ones who hate Donald Trump

My friends, we are not the only ones who utterly and completely despise Donald John Trump. Many — indeed MOST, of our allies appear to be running out of patience with Trump as well. One country in particular has taken a dislike to Donald Trump.
This is a country who is one of our closest friends. My own relationship with them started in childhood. I’d like to say a few words about this relationship. I often gaze at the large portrait in my room before I go to sleep at night. It is a picture of my beautiful mother and I when I was just a child. We are both clad in long, red coats. We looked happy, and so we were, we were lost in waves of delight. In that picture, we were in Canada at the time, and my whole family was watching the Changing of the Guard ceremony.
The changing of the guard ceremony is a popular tourist attraction happening in the summertime in Ottawa, and Quebec City. What a lovely time we had. How fiercely I — ALL OF US – love our friends up north.
As Justin Trudeau prepares to step down, new polls have come out, showing that for Canadians, standing up to Donald Trump is the most important issue of the day. It seems somehow fitting that our close friends up north despise Donald Trump as much as we do.
Donald Trump has insulted and disrespected Canada over and over and over.. He has disrespected them to such a large extent that now Canadians want a Prime Minister who fights for Canada and against Donald Trump.
Mark Carney has won the race to lead Canada. Even amid the senile one’s constant futile ruminations about Canada becoming our 51st state(which will never happen) , Canadians appear excited for their next chapter. Carney has a lot of experience in financial markets, being a banker. He has said that dealing with Donald Trump is his priority. You know my friends, we need to shout it loud, and be very clear. We are there and will always be here for our allies, for beautiful Canada, no matter what Donald Trump says and does.
