Trump is going to hate this
Well, it’s happened. Mother Nature has made up her mind and done her thing! My dear readers, it gives me great pleasure to tell you that Donald Trump‘s inauguration has been moved indoors due to expected freezing temperatures in Washington, D.C., that day.
The last time the inauguration ceremony was moved indoors was for Ronald Reagan. Temperatures are expected to be quite low, with the high only reaching 20 degrees and the low around 6 degrees. It will be bitterly cold, so of course, you can see why this had to happen.
Donald Trump‘s inauguration day is looking rather bleak to this writer. First, it was the news that so many big names would not be attending the ceremony. Now, there’s the news that he won’t even get to have it outdoors.
Trump posted on Truth Social about all of this, promising it would still be a beautiful ceremony. I would not hold my breath on THAT promise coming true. In reality, it does seem like everything’s going wrong for this disgusting inauguration.
Donald Trump certainly must not be happy about this latest kerfuffle. After all, he’s been talking about the inauguration, and he’s made it clear that he wants a big, bright, grand extravaganza! A celebration to end all celebrations.
Instead, what this seems to be shaping up to be is a dinky, itty-bitty, rather morose swearing in, not even happening outdoors as 99% of inaugurations do.
Plus, it would not surprise this writer if there were more cancellations. After all, would you like to be out in weather like this? I imagine there will be some more last-minute excuses. Will Donald Trump want to throw all the ones who do not attend in jail? So, yes, this will NOT be the day that Trump was hoping for. I couldn’t be happier about it.
