This Trump Greenland thing just took an even stupider turn

There is just simply no end to the stupid, incompetent, bizarre and absurd ideas of Republicans. Take a look at this newest, horrible idea. Representative Buddy Carter of Georgia is responsible for this latest bad idea. He has introduced legislation to help Trump with his imaginary purchase of Greenland. This legislation, which makes no sense at all, also renames the country.

Wow. Republicans sure are hard at work, helping the American people. Ha! So, it’s not enough that Donald Trump wants to steal another country. Now Greenland would also have another name. The GOP are indeed on fantasy island. So what IS this spectacular new name? Brace yourselves. The name of this country would no longer be Greenland. It would be — wait for it. It would be — Red, White and blueland. Barf.

This is possibly the stupidest idea I’ve heard so far. What a tongue twister of a name that is: red, white, and blueland. I suppose we should be grateful the name on this latest bill isn’t “Donald John Trumpland.” It’s good to see the Republicans doing things that help the American people’s lives! By the way, many journalist have gone into Greenland, and spoken to people about becoming part of the United States and most of these journalists have not been able to find one person who is all in for the idea.

Now I don’t know about you, my friends, but I think Greenland is the perfect name for this vibrant wildflower of a country. Greenland is filled with natural resources. Their overwhelming and astounding beauty is present all over their lands, aptly called “Greenland”, the perfect name for such a verdant country. This “name change” is utterly and completely preposterous. It actually is painful. It makes me wince on behalf of republicans. Their kissing up to Donald Trump never does appear to end.
