This racist jackass Trump
Trump has finally allowed refugees into the United States. Well, sort of refugees. They are in fact well-dressed, affluent Africans. From South Africa. Okay, they’re white. But Trump says it has nothing to do with race. “It’s a genocide that’s taking place.”
There’s just one problem. There is absolutely no evidence that genocide against Afrikaners — the South African ethnic group descended from white, 17th century Dutch settlers — is taking place. Trump insists that there is, with the same vehemence that he insisted that brown immigrants were eating the cats and the dogs of Springfield, Ohio.
Trump has consistently blocked non-white refugee admissions into the United States from the rest of the world — even those desperately fleeing war, for whom returning could mean a death sentence. But last February Trump offered to resettle Afrikaners. The same people Elon Musk is descended from. Like Trump, Musk is also a racist.
Make no mistake, the whole immigration issue boils down to melanin, and this is final proof. Trump demonises immigrants like Kilmar Abrego Garcia because they’re brown. Trump and his gaslighting press secretary claim Garcia is a member of MS-13 engaged in murder, drugs, rape and the trafficking of children. These are lies. García’s real crime, in Trump’s view, is that he’s brown.
Trump is no longer content to practice racism lite. This is full blown racism. I know what it’s like, having been raised in a racist religion. My racist maternal grandmother, quoting the Book of Mormon, used expressions like “white and delightsome” to describe white people. I won’t repeat what she said about black people.
So the decision by the Trump “administration” to put white people at the head of the queue because they’re white is unabashedly racist. To claim they are persecuted when in fact they are not is beyond the pale of racist gaslighting.
America has had racist presidents before. This is nothing new. But you may have to go all the way back to Woodrow Wilson to find a US president as racist as Trump. Wilson supported segregationist policies at home and played a key role in defeating a Japanese proposal to write the principle of racial equality into the Covenant of the League of Nations.
In 1973, Trump was sued by the Department of Justice for housing discrimination against African-American renters. Trump settled the suit. Trump is a known user of the n-word. Trump once fired an accountant because he was black. Trump promoted the racist attack against President Barack Obama known as “birtherism.” Despite the fact that they were proven innocent and exonerated by DNA, Trump still calls for the death penalty against the so-called Central Park Five, because they are black.
So there is no question that Trump is a racist. His false claims of abuse in “DEI hires” is solely because he’s a racist and a misogynist. Trump doesn’t like to see non-whites and non-males given any advantages. If you doubt it, take a look at his cabinet members. With the exception of the token black man Scott Turner, all white. Take a look at the people he surrounds himself every day with, the people he plays golf with. White, white, white.
Trump admires Hitler, pardoned Proud Boys, dines with white supremacists, complains that white males are persecuted and now gives sanctuary to Afrikaners while demonising brown immigrants. Let there be no more talk that Trump isn’t a racist. He is.
